Wild Prairie Homes, LLC is owned and operated by John Rosenau. John has spent nearly three decades helping homeowners improve and maintain their properties.
John truly enjoys his work - between meeting new people, assessing projects, offering creative insight,
estimating costs, working directly on site, and following a project through completion.
John lives in Waconia, MN with his wife. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his children & grandchildren.

CONSULTATION
At the first consultation, you will meet with John to discuss the design and material options for your project. John will provide a free estimate.

PRODUCT SELECTION & CONTRACT FINALIZATION
John will supply material samples for your review and a final contract will be provided. Down payment will be due based on your contract and an approximate start date will be given.

BUILDING EXECUTION
John will provide updates two weeks prior to your original start date and will keep you updated throughout your project.
